My Story
My name is Máté Bozóky. I was born in Hungary. I was interested in gastronomy since I was a little child. I learned a lot about cooking in my grandmother’s and mother’s kitchens. These are my real role models. Food has a soul, but the soul that lives in it is the identity of the chef. Food is a mirror image. I believe that Dutch and Hungarian cuisine have a lot in common, even in terms of history. I created my company to prove that quality can be maintained, and therefore to provide a higher level of service and satisfaction to guests.
My Mission
My goal is to provide quality services to as many restaurants and hospitality units as possible. Let’s prove together that there is a need for high-quality and standards in hospitality. A guest will only come back if there is something to remember. Good service, a delicious meal or a good glass of wine. The combination of these takes the guest out of their everyday life and provides an experience.
